SHIPPING POLICY

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via special lines depending on location! Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days depending on location and levels of stock as we are an international business. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. This may take an additional 1~2 days. However, for some hot-selling products, we will try our best to keep them in our warehouse so that we can ship your package on the same day you order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 2 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@kidselation.com ​as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at support@kidselation.com​ as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.

Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.

 

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions; customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

TRACKING NUMBER

After purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Tracking will be available once your product has shipped. Any product may be shipped from a fulfilment center other than our global warehouse.
